When you buy a product from our webshop, you can expect it to be a good item. We are therefore very sorry if your item has been received damaged or shows defects after use. We are willingly to look with you for a suitable solution!

We will always look at the legal warranty provisions that apply to your complaint. This may differ per product. Is an item not covered by the warranty or is the item worn out through your own use? Then you are not entitled to a warranty.

You can report your complaint by filling in the contact form below. Always add a clear photo of the complaint to the form, so that we can make a good assessment and offer a suitable solution as quickly as possible. We cannot process the complaint without a photo.
